In the day-to-day business I am a full-fledged executive consultant with long lasting real, on-the-ground, business know-how collecting both years of multinational corporations’ first-hand knowledge as well as successfully-tested talent search consulting experience. Lately, I become an entrepreneur trying to build up a knowledgeable business that “taste” different to those getting in contact with it. I try to offer long lasting and memorable “WOW interaction fragrance”, mainly derived from my DNA structure. While not necessarily  the best nor the worst, I’ve been told it is enjoyable in its versatile and impactful outcome. 🙂

As consultant, my outspoken aim is to both identify solutions and attract professionals capable of securing my clients’ business predictability in a world divided and impacted by the challenges of a new economic “normality”.  I also strongly believe that the way in which present professionals (entrepreneurs or executives) will both reinvent themselves and maximize their contribution to creating tangible value will end up shaping their future success.

As a private person, people consider me a joyful optimist loyal to own beliefs. This is why I know that the newest challenges brought by yet an unsettled present, no matter how tough they are, will only stop the ones who don’t want strongly enough to succeed. They are there to stop anyone but me and those I respect and associate with.

This blog is mainly about putting on a debate platform present facts, stories or “urban legends” coming with various backgrounds and “filtered” through my heart and mind while keeping my eyes wide open towards the contextualized future and what this will might bring to each one of us. For me it is about grasping the core “lessons” from everything we face in present, in order to build up the rightful ” legacy protection toolkit” for ourselves in an exposed  tomorrow. I, for one, owe this to my up to now relentless efforts to become what I am today and to the ones I love, those who supported me throughout my life. I hope those visiting this blog will end up extracting from it supportive information for taking knowledgeable actions that will impact their future.

This blog should not be seen primarily as an “altruistic, caring act of sharing” addressed to all and no one in particular but rather a “selfish” must-take step in consolidating a versatile and “living” network connecting me with intelligent and decisive audiences, capable among others of completing me both as professional and as a person.  

Finally, this blog is not intended to be about “me-to-the-world” but somewhat about “me-part-of-us-in-a-relevant-contextualization“.
